Generation of mice with a conditional knockout of ERβ in OLs. Mice in which ERβ was selectively deleted from OLs (Olig2,ERβ CKO) were generated by crossing ERβfl/fl mice with Olig2Cre mice. (A) ERβ+/+, ERβfl/fl, and ERβfl/+ subjects exhibit a 180-, 230-, and both 230- and 180-bp fragment, respectively (Upper).
