The aspapagine at position 91 (unique N-linked glycosylation site) was replaced with alanine (N91A, AAC → GCT) for non-N-glycosylated porcine IL-2. The * denotes the same nucleotide sequence between porcine IL-2-Gly and porcine IL-2-Non-N-Gly.
