Initial rates of uptake of 7.5 mM GSH in suspensions of isolated mitochondria from rat liver were measured with L-[3H-glycyl]-GSH with the indicated additions and in the absence and presence of 2 µM antimycinA (AA). Measurements are means ± SEM of 5 experiments.
