The concentrations of Mg-G-actin and CapZ were 1.5 μM and 0.075 μM, respectively. Panel B shows polymerization of 1.5 μM Mg-G-actin in presence of 0.075μM CapZ and 0.075μM fesselin after 3 minutes of incubation. The ionic strength of the reaction was 90 mM.
