After collecting and seeding, GCs were exposed (▪) or not (□) to 8 nM AMH (A–E) for 24 h. The effect of AMH stimulation on different potential target genes was examined by real time PCR (A–D, n = 4; E, n = 5). Hprt expression was used to normalize the results.
