The unit of the slope for human brain is susceptibility/μg iron/g wet tissue (ρ = 1.04g/ml at 36.5 °C); the unit of the slope for the ferritin solution is ppb susceptibility/μg iron/ml and the corresponding theoretical value is 1.27.
