LPS augments O-GlcNAc modification of NF-κB/p65 in vascular endothelial cells. BAEC were pretreated with (100 ng/ml) for up to 2h and the collected cells were subjected to Western blotting after the enrichment of O-GlcNAc modified protein either by (A) WGA protocol or (B) anti-O-GlcNAc antibody (CD110.6). The whole cell lysates were used to assess the protein input as a loading control. Data are expressed as means ± SEM (n=3). ^##P<0.01 compared to the vehicle-treated control group.
