Contrast-enhanced CT PNS (A) Axial and (B) Coronal sections show an enhancing soft tissue mass lesion in the right inferior nasal cavity (thin black arrow) extending anteriorly into the vestibule and posteriorly into the nasopharynx. Another similar mass lesion is seen arising from the posterior aspect of the left inferior turbinate (thick black arrow).
