IL-10 expression in SHR brains at 24 h after tMCAO. IL-10 levels were quantified in brains of sham and stroked SHR using ELISA. IL-10 was significantly decreased in the ischemic hemisphere of SHRs with a slight non-significant increase contralesionally at 24 h after tMCAO relative to sham values.
