Model-free relaxation analysis of Im7H3M3 at 25°C using data measured at 400 and 600 MHz. The generalized order parameter S² (A) provides a measure of atomic flexibility of the ¹H-¹⁵N bond vector on the ps-ns time scale. The chemical exchange terms R_ex at 600 MHz (B) describe residues affected by motions occurring on the μs-ms time scale. Residues with R_ex values > 3 s⁻¹ are identified. The horizontal bars at the top of the figure indicate secondary structure elements.
