PLR latency as a function of stimulus intensity. Latency is significantly longer in CLN2-affected dogs at 10 months of age for stimuli between 8.75 and 11 log photons/cm2/s (*, p<0.01). In addition, the increase in PLR latency was significantly greater in the 10 month old CLN2-affected dogs compared with 4 and 6 month old dogs for stimuli of 9 and 10 log photons/cm2/s. Error bars represent SEM.
