Cell lines are clustered (SI, blue; SII, green; SIII, yellow; SIV, red; outliers, black) according to all ligand responses measured by HTM. (B) Projection of cell lines on the pERK response to the indicated receptor tyrosine kinase ligands at 100 ng/ml. (C) Projection of cell lines on the pSTAT3 response to IL-6 versus the pSTAT1 response to IFN-γ at 100ng/ml. Responses and ligands in (B and C) were selected from the most variable measurements identified by PCA (fig. S3).
