The neoplasm is composed of high grade undifferentiated cells with varying amounts of eosinophilic cytoplasm, vesicular chromatin, and prominent nucleoli. Many apoptotic bodies and foci or intratumoral necrosis are seen. A minority population of cells exhibit a rhabdoid appearance with eccentric nuclei with abundant cytoplasm . A.
