. Best fit prediction of CT-liposome accumulation is show for ME180 mouse orthotopic tumors (a), H520 mouse subcutaneous tumors (c), and VX2 rabbit intramuscular tumors (d). All fits had an r²>0.9, with the exception of VX2-04 which had an r² = 0.85. These results demonstrate that the ITTM can predict variations in liposome accumulation in different tumor types and can be scaled for use in larger species. Note the difference in scales along the axes.
