All figures are adjusted for age, age squared, sex, race/ethnicity, educational attainment, marital status, cotinine, alcohol consumption, and anti-hypertensive medication. In Figures A and B, high AL is defined as the top 50th percentile whereas in Figures C and D, high AL is defined as the top 20th percentile.
