FCS measurements were performed on the upper membrane of CHO-A1 cells that had been incubated with buffer or 1μM DPCPX prior to addition of XAC-BY630 (1-40 nM added). Autocorrelation analysis was performed as described in Materials and Methods. The mean diffusion times of each component are shown, with the number of cells in each group in which that diffusion component was found.
