Flow diagram depicts the modulation of proteins expression due to inhibitory effect of vitamin C in AGS cells. Vitamin C down-regulated the 14-3-3 isoforms, cytoskeleton and associated proteins (TPM4 and TPM3), and up-regulated antioxidant proteins (PRDX4 and TXNDC5).
