CM from the EC+EPC model developed networks earlier than that of the EC+EPC model. After 5 days in culture, the length of networks in CM from the EC+EPC model was about twice longer than that from the EC model (A; n = 6). However, the difference was not significant in the depth of 3D endothelial networks (B; n = 8). Data are presented as the means ± SD (*p < 0.05 vs. CM from the EC model).
