Cell migration distance was measured using Olympus 6.51 software and compared with baseline measurements. Three independent experiments were performed. Numerical data were evaluated statistically and are presented as a histogram (B). Data are expressed as the percentage of untreated control values given as mean ± SEM, with significant differences at *p < 0.01 for OSM and ⁺p < 0.05 for OSM and anti-gp130 antibodies, compared to the control.
