IOP (mean ± SD) in intravitreally tPA-treated and contralateral control eyes of sheep (N = 4). All eyes were also treated with prednisolone acetate starting immediately after tPA administration and continuing for the duration of the experiment. Tissue plasminogen activator–treated eyes received 100 μg of tPA each, while contralateral eyes received the equivalent amount of arginine (4.23 mg).
