Loewe Index was used to evaluate the combinatorial effect of LY294002 and BADS112A. 25% isobologram of BADS112A and LY294002 (blue curve) bows inward, indicating CI_Loewe<1. The combination of BADS112A and LY294002 is synergistic regarding the 25% percent apoptosis isobologram.
