Data are reported as arbitary units. ADD1 = transcription factor adipocyte determination and differentiation-dependent factor 1; FAS = fatty acid synthase; ALBP = adipocyte lipid binding protein; HSL = hormone-sensitive lipase. Data analyses were done by the comparative threshold (CT) cycle method and the levels of gene expression were given by 2^−ΔΔCt, where ΔΔCT is the ΔCT (difference in threshold cycle for target and cyclophilin) value subtracted from ΔCT of the control group. The results were compared by the Student t-test (P > 0.05).
