All pregnant mice were i.p. injected with LPS (300 μg/kg) on GD15. In LPS+FA groups, the pregnant mice were orally administered with 3 mg/kg of FA 1 h before LPS injection. (A and B) Maternal serum was collected 6 h after LPS injection. The levels of IL-6 and KC in maternal serum were measured using ELISA. (A) IL-6. (B) KC.
