The effects of Bcl-xl overexpression on Akt phosphorylation and eNOS protein levels in H₂O₂-stimulated HUVECs. After being infected with Adv-GFP-Bcl-xl (or Adv-GFP) of 100 MOI for 48 h, HUVECs were subsequently stimulated with 0.5 mM H₂O₂ for 12 h. Equal amounts of protein were resolved by SDS-PAGE followed by Western blot analysis with antibodies against each specific protein.
