The effects of LIPUS on expression levels of mRNAs for osteoblast differentiation marker proteins. Cells were exposed to LIPUS at 30 mW/cm² for 20 min followed by 6- and 24-h culture at 37 °C. Real-time quantitative PCR was carried out with specific primers for Bglap (A) and Spp1 (B). Mock-treated cells served as a control (Ctr).
