(a and b) c-MYC knockdown enhanced miR-29s expression, leading to the downregulation of Akt2 and CCND2 in THP1 cells. (c and d) c-MYC overexpression repressed miR-29s expression, leading to the upregulation of Akt2 and CCND2, in THP1 cells. (e and f) AKT2 knockdown resulted in a downregulation c-Myc expression, leading to elevated expression of miR-29 family, in both THP-1 and NB4 cells.
