Absolute number of OVA-specific CD4+ T cells calculated as [(percentage of CD4+CFSE+×absolute number of lymphocytes)/100] for each lymphoid organ. OVA-specific T cells and total lymphocytes absolute numbers are to be multiplied×10∧3.
One-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Tukey's post test were used to compare the number of OVA-specific CD4+ T cells present in lymphoid organs at different time points.
