Effects of 2-APB on JNK phosphorylation at 6 h after APAP administration. Mice were treated with 400 mg/kg APAP or saline, and 2-APB (20 mg/kg) was co-treated or 1.5 h post-treated with APAP using DMSO (0.2 ml/kg) as the vehicle control.
