MCF10A human mammary epithelial cells were transduced with retroviruses (B,C) or lentiviruses (D) expressing the corresponding oncogenes, and (after brief selection) levels of p62 were assessed by immunoblotting with anti-p62 antibody. Duplicates (separate infections) are shown in B and D, and effect of increased levels of RAS virus in C. Anti-actin antibody was used as a loading control.
