Mean particle size and encapsulation efficiency of doxorubicin-loaded core-shell structured microspheres. The nozzle voltage ranged from 5.0 to 5.6 kV, the core and shell flow rates were 1.0 and 3.5 ml/h, respectively, and the nozzle-to-collector distance was 15 cm. Data represent mean ± standard deviation.
