(A) MCF-7/TAM-R and MCF 5-21/23 cells were treated with an apoptotic concentration of 4-OHT (7.5 μM) or vehicle control, and the induction of apoptosis was analysed in attached and floating cells by M30-FITC positivity 24 h after treatment. Values are calculated from at least three independent experiments±s.e.
