LD spectra recorded for DNA titrated with compounds 5 (a) and 7 (b) in 10 μM phosphate buffer at 25 °C. Titrations were carried out with a DNA (blue line) concentration of 378.8 μM working with a Bp/D ratio of 0, 1 and 5; varying the Bp/D ratio from 5 to 1 over 2 additions.
