A panel of truncated (6aa, 7aa or 8aa) peptides was synthesized to further map the minimal epitopes within CFP10 recognized by CD8⁺ T cells. PFCs from three CFP10-responsive patients were unstimulated or stimulated with truncated peptides. The expression of IFN-γ by CD8⁺ T cells for the indicated conditions was analyzed and shown for each patient.
