Inhibition of glycolysis, but not mitochondrial metabolism, induces ATP depletion in PDAC cells. MIA PaCa-2 (A) and PANC1 cells (B) were treated with either mitochondrial inhibitors (CCCP, 1–10 μm; OM, 3–30 μm) or glycolytic inhibitors (BrPy, 100–1000 μm; IAA, 0.7–7 mm) for 15 min. ATP depletion was determined using a luciferase-based luminescence assay.
