Tumor pathologies described by the grade (ranging from I to IV) and types—Olig: oligodendroglioma, Astro: astrocytoma, Met: metastatic tumor, and GBM: glioblastoma multiforme. Orientation: IS—Refers to rotation about inferior–superior axis (e.g., IS 90 reflects patient’s head parallel to the floor).
