(b) T1-weighted, (c) T2-weighted fat-saturated and (d) contrast-enhanced T1-weighted fat-saturated MR images reveal florid marrow disease that is T1 hypointense, T2 hyperintense and shows enhancement after contrast. Subsequent biopsy confirmed the diagnosis of PBL.
