Comparison of aggregate morphologies for different Q₃₀ constructs obtained using EM. Additional comparisons using TMR-labeled constructs are shown in SI Appendix, Fig. S10. Visual inspection suggests that although N17 promotes long, ordered fibrils, these fibrils are thinner than those obtained for constructs with the C38 module.
