Tubulin was blotted as a control for the equivalence of loaded protein. (B) Western blot analysis of PLC-β2 of immunoprecipitates with an anti-PLC-β2 antibody from CD133^low and CD133^high cells. Lysates from the same cells were analyzed for β-tubulin content, as internal control of processed proteins. The data are representative of three separate experiments.
