Inhibitory effects of PFE on TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 production in LPS-stimulated RAW 264.7 cells. Equal amounts of cell lysates (30 μg) were subjected to electrophoresis and analyzed for TNF-α, IL-1β and IL-6 activity by Western blot analysis. The cells were first incubated with or without indicated concentrations of PFE for 2 hr, and then incubated with LPS (1 μg/mL) for 20 hr.
