Cells (2×104 cells/well) in 96-well plates were first incubated with or without indicated concentrations of oyster shell extract for 2 h and then incubated with LPS (1 μg/mL) for 20 h. Untreated is negative control without LPS treatment. Values with different alphabets are significantly different at p<0.05 as analyzed by Duncan’s multiple range test.
