Untreated and treated with CHIR99021 for 24h, the cells were analyzed by immunofluorescence staining with a monoclonal anti-β-catenin (green in cytoplasm and nuclei). Nuclei were counterstained with Hoechst33342 (blue). Scale bars are 50μm.
