(A) Tg treated mice did not show changes in spontaneous locomotor activity in the open field as measured by distance moved (p > 0.05). (B) The frequency of entries to the central zone was not significantly different between the groups (p > 0.05). (C) The frequency of entries to the extenal zone was significantly different between the groups (p < 0.05) with a decrease in treated animals compared with vehicle control. (D) The frequency of entries to the intermediate zone was significantly decreased (p < 0.05) in treated animals compared with vehicle control with no significant difference of DHT treatment to controls. (E) Stretching frequency was significantly decreased (p < 0.05) in ACP-105 treated animals compared with vehicle control.
