Sequences of Tat 71, Vpr 45 and Vpr 46 were analyzed by Sim Plot. They were aligned with HIV-1 subtype B, C and D consensus sequences and subjected to the boot scan analysis. Tat 71 was turned out to be a recombinant of subtype B and C. Vpr 45 and Vpr 46 were found to be recombinant of subtype B, C and D.
