SIRT3 is differentially expressed during keratinocyte differentiation. RT-PCR analysis of N/TERT-1 keratinocytes cultured over 5 days after reaching confluence showed expression of SIRT3 and the differentiation markers loricrin and filaggrin during confluence-induced differentiation (A–C) and during calcium-induced differentiation with addition of 1.2 mm CaCl₂ (D–F).
