T cell proliferation and cytokine production stimulated by B7-H3-Fc. Purified T cells were activated with plate-bound agonistic anti-CD3 MAb (0.5 μg/mL). B7-H3-Fc was applied and cell proliferation (A) and cytokine production (B) were measured and then blocked by B7-H3 MAb (C). Human IgG was used as an isotype control. *p<0.01.
