Taqman q-PCR analysis of RNA collected 2 h post-OGD termination was analysed for the expression of selected miRNA candidates. The data shows that the miRNAs are up-regulated: by 1.42±0.28, 1.84±0.10 (P = 0.0013) and 2.22±0.39-fold (P = 0.035), for miR-29b-2*, miR-19b and miR-339-5p respectively (n = 3). Data represent mean ± SEM.
