AR79 increases Ki67, decreases caspase 3 and induces nuclear beta-catenin expression in C4-2B and DU145 subcutaneous tumors and C4-2B intratibial tumors. A. Immunhistochemical analysis of paraffin sections from the SQ and intratibial tumors was performed using antibodies to Ki67, caspase 3 and β-catenin. B. Positive staining cells were counted in 4 random 40X fields from each section. Results are reported as percent of positive cells compared to control.
