Presented data are means ± SD representative of at least two experiments performed in duplicate. The significance of differences linked to the absence and presence of CDKi in the basal activity of the transporter in activation assays (†P<0.05; ††P<0.01; †††P<0.001) and the activity of the activated transporter in inhibition assays (*P<0.05; **P<0.01; ***P<0.001) were determined using unpaired t tests.
