PBMCs from 6 patients with MM were stimulated with or without Len (3 µM) for 48 hours, and then co-cultured with RPMI 8226, U266, and OPM-2 cells in the presence of YB-AHM (0.1 µg/mL). Thereafter, the cells were plated out in triplicate into methylcellulose media, and cultured for 14 days.
