Effects of saponins from Panax notoginseng on ADP-induced rat platelet aggregation. (A) Saponins showed either platelet- or anti-platelet aggregatory effect. All the saponins were used at 200 μM. Aspirin (5 mM) served as a positive control to determine the effectiveness of the reaction.
